At last, PROCHANNEL has found a way for fitters to create consistent floor tiling looks in bathrooms. Making containments superfluous this innovation provides new freedom and scope for design – making showering a real pleasure thanks to the smooth floor.
From now on showering can become a real pleasure. Even when used with today’s fashionable free-flow shower heads there is no risk of flooding due to PROCHANNEL’s high drainage performance. Due to the amounts of water produced here it is necessary to position PROCHANNEL laterally (next to the wall) and connect it to the drain system 1.2 l/s (Available on request).
Be it in new or refurbished old buildings, PROCHANNEL is safe and easy to assemble.

Whether you opt for a design grille or tile channel – both rest on the PROCHANNEL drainline.
Thanks to the sealing sleeve supplied, leak-proof installation of the drainline is no problem for skilled craftsmen.The reduced installation height from 90 mm also makes it possible to install the system in old buildings.
The absence of a shower tray makes it possible to create an uninterrupted floor covering enabling designers to seamlessly blend the shower in with the rest of the bathroom.
Unlike central drains this drainline is not located in the centre of the shower.When showering users therefore stand on the more foot-friendly tiles rather than on a drain.
While the tile covers fuse shower and drain into one visual unit the design grille is perfect for making a design statement.

PROCHANNEL – installed in no time!*
- 1) Install soundproofed mounting feet. These facilitate levelling and can be ordered as accessories.
- 2) Align drainline using a spirit level.
- 3) Connect the waste water pipe to drain.
- 4) Install the channel body and fill the gap below with screed mortar (as substructure).
- 5) Affix sealing sleeve to the flange using the factory-applied adhesive.
- 6) Apply sealing (second layer).
